The Real Estate Division at DTW is interested in generating non-airline revenues by leasing and developing the Airport Authority’s real estate for aviation-related users as well as commercial development.  This includes Airport Authority controlled terminal space, hangar/cargo buildings and development sites both on and off airport. The Airport Authority’s effort will contribute to the overall economic development goals of the Airport and surrounding communities.
